Inclusivity 101 is an interactive workshop designed to help participants understand what true inclusion looks like—and how to start creating it. Grounded in lived experience and practical insight, this session explores the everyday barriers faced by people with diverse abilities and their caregivers, and offers tools to foster more accessible, respectful, and welcoming environments.

• Explore real-world examples of inclusive (and non-inclusive) practices

• Reflect on unconscious bias and systemic barriers
