Bear Circle (for individuals with disabilities)
Rooted in the teachings of the bear — symbol of strength, healing, and introspection — Bear Circle honors the lived experience of disability as a source of wisdom and resilience. Like the bear, members are seen as protectors of their own journey, moving with courage through life’s seasons. This circle offers connection, empowerment, and a space to share stories that shape identity and community.
Owl Circle (for caregivers)
Guided by the spirit of the owl — keeper of knowledge, intuition, and quiet guardianship — Owl Circle supports those who care for others with grace and depth. In Indigenous traditions, the owl is a bridge between worlds, offering insight and watchfulness. This circle is a place for reflection, renewal, and shared wisdom among those who hold space for others.

Anyone who identifies as living with a disability or serves as a caregiver is welcome. We offer two membership streams—Bear Circle for individuals with disabilities, and Owl Circle for caregivers.

Each month, members join a themed virtual session held online. It’s a space for reflection, sharing lived experiences, and connecting with others in your circle.

No problem. All virtual gatherings are recorded and uploaded to the membership portal so you can watch at your convenience. We want every member to feel included, even if schedules don’t line up.

We meet once a month during weekday evenings to accommodate a variety of time zones and responsibilities. Specific dates and times are announced in advance.

Yes. Life evolves, and your membership can too. If your role shifts, you’re welcome to move between Bear Circle and Owl Circle at any time. And if you find both paths resonate, you can hold dual memberships—one in each circle. Members who join both receive a special discount code to recognize their unique journey and deepen their experience within the community.

Other than our monthly gatherings, you’re free to engage as little or as much as feels right for you. The Circle is a flexible, supportive space—we meet you where you are.

On average, gatherings are about an hour each month. You can also join optional conversations in the book club or community chats, but there’s no obligation. Your journey is your own, and how you participate is up to you.
