Creating Events That Welcome Everyone

We work closely with event teams to identify barriers — both visible and invisible — and offer practical, creative solutions that transform how inclusion is experienced.

Whether you’re looking for full custom consulting or want to start smaller with one of our Inclusive Accessibility Experience Mini‑Packages, we offer support that meets you where you are.

From advising on inclusive and accessible venue layouts and sensory‑friendly environments to designing thoughtful registration flows and caregiver accommodations, our consulting ensures that every decision supports a culture of welcome.

Let’s connect and build events where inclusion isn’t an add‑on — it’s the experience.

How We Support You

We partner with you from the early planning stages to build events that are inclusive, accessible, and intentional in every detail. Our consulting support includes:

Event Accessibility Review & Planning Support: We work with you to review your event plans and guide decisions so accessibility is considered from the start — not added later.

  • Identify physical, sensory, and communication barriers across your venue, setup, and guest experience

  • Provide clear, practical guidance on what needs to change or be adjusted

  • Support decisions around layout, lighting, sound, pacing, and guest flow to improve accessibility and overall comfort

Accessible Communications & Guest Guidance: We provide practical guidance to help you communicate clearly, respectfully, and inclusively.

  • Inclusive and accessible language for emails, agendas, and event materials

  • Guidance on how to give instructions without assumptions (e.g., participation, standing, engaging)

  • Recommendations to help guests feel acknowledged, informed, and comfortable before and during the event

Vendor, Venue & Partner Accessibility Standards: We help you set clear accessibility expectations and evaluate whether venues, hotels, and vendors can meet them.

  • Guidance on what to ask before confirming partners

  • Support identifying gaps and making informed decisions

  • Practical tools, including accessibility checklists and questionnaires, to support these conversations

Staff & Volunteer Preparation: We prepare your team to support guests with confidence, respect, and care.

  • Guidance on interacting with disabled guests and caregivers

  • Practical tools for real-world situations

  • Clear expectations for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment

Inclusive Event Workshop: Every consulting package includes:

  • “Inclusive Events in Action: Emotional Inclusion and Accessibility for Event Hosts, Staff, and Volunteers.”
