The Power of Ability — A Story of Courage, Care, and Connection

This powerful keynote invites audiences into a deeply personal and transformative journey of disability, caregiving, and the unshakable bond between two Indigenous sisters. Trish, living boldly with cerebral palsy, and Jen, her sister-turned-caregiver and advocate, share their intertwined stories with honesty, humour, and heart.

Grounded in lived experience and practical insight, this session explores the everyday barriers faced by people with diverse abilities and their caregivers, and offers tools to foster more accessible, respectful, and welcoming environments.
