Meet Jen.

Accessibility and Inclusion Strategist

Creative Inclusion Leader | Storyteller | Caregiver Advocate

Jen’s journey as a caregiver, advocate, and entrepreneur is grounded in the deep bond she shares with her sister, Patricia. Her understanding of disability inclusion was forever changed during a simple game of tennis—where the joy Patricia experienced had nothing to do with “playing correctly” and everything to do with participating fully. That moment opened Jennifer’s eyes to how often the world overlooks the small, meaningful ways inclusion can be built, sparking a decade‑long commitment to supporting individuals and families through practical care, creativity, and connection.

As Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Co‑Founder of The Ability Company, Jennifer leads the creative vision, brand identity, and storytelling at the heart of the organization. She transforms lived experiences into purpose‑driven designs and messages that celebrate disability, uplift caregivers, and challenge stigma. Every collection, visual, and campaign she creates reflects true inclusion, accessibility, and community values — ensuring people feel seen, represented, and affirmed.

Jennifer’s professional background blends entrepreneurship and corporate leadership into a powerful foundation. As the founder of Ombi Travel, she champions accessible travel experiences that open doors for people of all abilities. Her experience in corporate project management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, and consumer insight strengthens her ability to design inclusive initiatives that meet real needs — not assumptions. She is known for her relational approach, creative problem‑solving, and ability to turn stories into movement‑building opportunities.

Guided by her caregiving journey, Jennifer believes that inclusion is not an act — it’s a practice. Through creativity, advocacy, and heart‑centered leadership, she is dedicated to building a world where people with disabilities are seen, heard, valued, and celebrated every single day.
