12 Days of Ability: Celebrating One Year of Inclusion

December 3rd is a day of meaning for us at The Ability Company. It’s our first anniversary, and it’s also the International Day of Persons with Disabilities — a global reminder that inclusion matters every day. To celebrate this milestone and the holiday season, we’re launching something special: 12 Days of Ability.

Why 12 Days of Ability?

We wanted a way to say thank you for an incredible first year. From introducing The Ability Collective and the Drop Zone, to creating our first keynote, improving our website, and launching drops like The Fall Drop and The Holiday Drop, this year has been full of growth and creativity. The 12 Days of Ability is our way of sharing that celebration with you.

What Is It?

Starting December 3rd, we’re kicking off 12 days of exclusive deals and discounts on our Holiday Drop. Each day features a different item, available for one day only, making it the perfect way to find thoughtful, inclusive gifts for the season.

From handcrafted ornaments and art to coasters and festive designs, every piece reflects creativity, inclusivity, care, and ability. These aren’t just products — they’re statements of inclusion, designed to bring joy to your home, meaning to your celebrations, and joy to your live.

How It Works

  • 12 Days. 12 Deals. Each day, a new item goes on special for 24 hours only.

  • Follow Along. Check our website and social channels daily to see what’s featured.

  • Shop Early. Quantities are limited, and these deals won’t come back!

Celebrate With Us

This holiday season, let’s make inclusion part of the celebration. Join us for 12 Days of Ability, discover unique gifts, and help us close out an incredible first year with purpose and joy.
