Something New Is Coming September 1st

August has been a month of clarity for us at The Ability Company. As we’ve supported organizations through Ability Events and connected with teams through Ability Storytellings (workshops), one thing has become increasingly clear: people don’t just want a single event or a single workshop. They want a way to bring everything together.

They want flexibility. They want consistency. They want a relationship — not a one off booking.

That’s why, behind the scenes, we’ve been building something new.

A way for organizations to work with us that merges what we already do best — inclusive, accessible events and workshops rooted in lived experience — into one structured, customizable partnership.

And on September 1, we’re ready to share it.

Introducing The Ability Partnership Program

This new program is designed for organizations that want more than a single event or workshop. It’s for those who want a year round relationship that blends:

  • the clarity and confidence of Ability Events

  • the impact and connection of Ability Storytellings

  • and the ongoing support of a structured partnership

Instead of choosing one service at a time, organizations will be able to select a partnership level that fits their needs — whether that’s a few events, a series of workshops, or a combination of both with advisory support built in.

It’s not a new service. It’s a new way to work with us.

All under one umbrella.

Who This Program Is For

The Ability Partnership Program is designed for organizations that want to strengthen inclusion, confidence, and clarity across their events and team interactions. It’s built for:

  • First Nations

  • Municipalities

  • Businesses

  • Business associations (including Chambers of Commerce)

  • Unions

  • Community organizations

  • Healthcare groups

  • and any organization that wants a more inclusive, predictable experience for the people they serve

This program adapts to each organization’s needs — whether they run large public events, small community gatherings, staff training sessions, or member focused workshops.

More details about what’s included — the layers, the options, and how organizations can join — will be shared on September 1.

If your organization is already exploring ways to strengthen inclusion, build confidence, or create more predictable experiences, this may be the right time to connect. A new way to work with us is coming — and we’re excited to share it with you. Please send us an email if your organization is interested in this partnership at connect@theabilitycompany.com.
