A New Way to Work With Us
The Ability Partnership Program is a 12-month relationship that begins with our AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) aligned foundational accessibility and inclusion workshops and provides structured, light-touch support throughout the year. Organizations select any additional supports, such as keynotes, event accessibility support, audits, communications reviews, or policy guidance, at the beginning of the partnership year based on their goals and capacity.
Base Partnership (12 months)
Every Ability Partnership Program includes
Four AODA aligned accessibility and inclusion workshops
Monthly touchpoints
Email access for quick questions
Micro-consulting (under 30 minutes per item)
Light communication reviews
Access to selected tools assessment is automatically included after completion of the 12-month Ability Partnership, at no additional charge.
This foundational support helps organizations build shared language, strengthen decision-making, and maintain momentum throughout the year.
Add-Ons (Selected at the Beginning of the Year)
Organizations can choose additional supports at the start of the partnership year, including:
Keynote presentation
Event accessibility support (select number of events)
Inclusive Accessibility Audit
Inclusive Digital Experience Review
Communications review
Accessibility or inclusion policy review
Additional workshops

Why It Matters?
The Ability Partnership Program helps organizations move beyond one-time training by providing structured access to lived experience, practical guidance, and ongoing learning throughout the year. Through foundational training and structured, light-touch support, organizations build confidence, reduce barriers, and strengthen inclusive decision-making over time.
Why Our Partnership Is Different?
Many organizations recognize the importance of inclusive accessibility, inclusion, and belonging but may not have the internal capacity, dedicated staff, or specialized expertise to focus on it consistently. At the same time, inclusive accessibility is not a one-time project. Staff and volunteers change, priorities shift, new challenges emerge, and leading practices continue to evolve.
Even when organizations invest in training and accessibility efforts, people benefit from ongoing learning opportunities, periodic refreshers, and practical guidance that helps inclusion remain part of everyday operations. Knowledge can fade over time, especially when teams are balancing many competing responsibilities.
Our Partnership provides structured ongoing access to lived experience, practical guidance, and trusted expertise throughout the year. Through monthly touchpoints, email support, and micro-consulting, organizations receive ongoing guidance that helps maintain momentum, support new team members, and strengthen inclusive accessibility practices over time.
Through training, consulting, event support, and practical tools, we help partners develop the skills and understanding needed to make inclusive decisions independently and embed inclusive accessibility into everyday operations. Success is measured by an organization's growing ability to make inclusive decisions with confidence and sustain accessibility and inclusion practices over time.
This approach supports continued progress through regular check-ins, practical guidance, and opportunities for ongoing learning while helping organizations create sustainable change that lasts beyond the partnership itself.
Following the first year, organizations can continue their accessibility and inclusion journey through Ability Verified. As staff, volunteers, programs, events, and priorities evolve, Ability Verified provides an annual opportunity to assess progress, recognize achievements, and identify areas for continued growth and improvement.
